DMCA Notice

IPTV Streaming respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our service infringes on your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing and information sufficient to allow us to locate the material (such as channel name, program title, or URL).
- Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Please include "DMCA" in the subject line to help us process your notice quickly.
Response to Valid Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 48 hours
- Investigate the claim and take appropriate action
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content if the notice is valid
- Notify the content provider or subscriber if applicable
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
IPTV Streaming maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
Good Faith Notice
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
